If you require official notification of your results, your enrollment, or your course completion, the Administration Office provides a number of official documents pertaining to your enrollment status, academic records, and employment at HIS University.

Please download a request form and submit to the Registrar’s office with one of the following methods:

• - Telephone: Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM.
• - In Person: Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM.
