Hello HIS Students, 

Starting from MARCH 9th, the United States starts DST (Daylight Saving Time). 

All class times will stay the same in accordance with US time. (LA Time) 

For instance, all students that reside in US, 

DE (Distance Education) classes will start at 4 pm as usual. 

However, for students that live abroad where DST is not regulated, 

class starting times will change (1 hour faster)
